Are you accepting new patients?
Yes — we are currently welcoming new private and Denplan patients at our city-centre practice on Newhall Street (B3 3QR). Book a new patient examination for £55 and we'll give you a full assessment, X-rays if needed, and a clear treatment plan.

Can I get an emergency appointment today?
Yes. If you're in pain, call 0121 236 7630 as early as you can and we will do everything possible to see you the same day. A designated pain appointment, including dressing or prescription, is £70.
Do you offer finance?
Yes — 0% finance is available on treatments over £600, subject to status, so you can spread the cost monthly. Denplan members also save 20% on most treatments.
I am nervous about visiting — can you help?
You're not alone — and you won't be rushed here. We offer intravenous (conscious) sedation, which takes you to the edge of sleep so treatment can be carried out in a deeply relaxed state. Our lounge, ceiling-mounted monitors and unhurried appointments are all designed around nervous patients.
Where can I park?
There's an NCP car park on Newhall Street, about two minutes' walk from our door — easy in, easy out, right in the city centre among the Colmore Row offices.
